Mangaement Systems Improvement; and Cash
Management.

5. Photocopy of Authenticated Transcript of Records including Masteral/Doctoral Degree or Certificate of
Units earned ;
6. Photocopy of Certificate of Trainings relevant to the position being applied for.
7. Detailed Work Experience Sheet with copy of Special Orders/Memorandum of Designations;
8. Copy of Updated Service Record
