The above named person is well known to me as part of family and I am the biological aunt to him.
Reagan was born on 10th August, 2001 and a Ugandan national presently aged 21 years.
He recently applied for a scholarship from your office for which you requested him to provide a
recommendation letter stating his character from a referee.
I wish to confirm to you that Reagan is a law abiding citizen of Uganda and has no criminal record
