Qualitative Study

Titled "An Evaluation of Directors' Organizational Committment towards
Their Transferable Leadership"

Used a case study approach with 12 directors from different organizations

Found that directors had high levels of organizational commitment and
transferable leadership skills (Tümkan & Sharm, 2021).

Highlighted the importance of training and development programs for
continuous improvement.
Quantitative Study

Titled "Service Performance Model through Work Motivation: Analysis of
Transformational Leadership, Managerial Coaching, and Organizational
Commitments"

Investigated the connection between transformational leadership,
managerial coaching, organizational commitment, and service
performance

Used a sample of 150 workers from a regional development bank in South
Kalimantan.

Found positive relationships between all three factors and service
performance (BAstAri & Ali, 2020).
Conclusion

Qualitative research provides a deeper understanding of perceptions and
experiences, while quantitative research provides a more objective and
generalizable understanding

Both methods have strengths and weaknesses, and can be used in
combination for a more comprehensive understanding

Further research is needed to validate findings and generalize to other
contexts

Understanding the factors that influence organizational commitment is
crucial for improving employee engagement, reducing turnover, and
increasing productivity.
