In order to achieve this, we must have an effective internal governance program. Our ethics governance program, including code of ethics, ensures that all employees and stakeholders conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with our values. From the company's perspective, our code of ethics specifies what actions are desirable or undesirable. Employees must trade off economic and moral considerations in all their activities to achieve financial and societal goals. (Weaver, 1995). The principles in our code of ethics also apply to the development of more advanced computer and artificial intelligence technologies. This includes considerations such as data privacy, algorithmic transparency, bias mitigation, and responsible innovation. It provides guidance on involving actors in the design and operation of AI systems in order to account for ethical principles and values throughout the technical design process (Jacobs & Simon, 2023). In every aspect of our business, our Code of Ethics serves as a guide for all employees, officers, directors, and stakeholders. Having strong ethical standards and adhering to our ethical codes has many benefits, including attracting and retaining team members, managing our public image, avoiding legal problems, and complying with governmental regulations (Kotzian, Stober, Weibenberger, & Hoss, 2021). It is common for organizations to consist of people with differing beliefs, some with a fixed mindset and some with a growth mindset. The leadership of our company is committed to our Code of Ethics and strongly believes that every team member can grow and adapt to adhere to our code of ethics under all business situations, internal and external. (Feng, Highberger, Li, & Savani, 2023). In order to achieve autonomous professional judgment, our codes of ethics emphasize openness of meaning, a freedom to express dissidence, and avoidance of judgmental language (Schwimmer & Maxwell, 2017). Employees, officers, directors, and stakeholders are guided by our Code of Ethics in everything they do at work.
