Underage sex means having sex when
below the age of consent, which is the age
at which you’re legally allowed to have sex.
The legal age for sex in Malaysia is 16
under the Penal Code, but it's an offence to
have sex below the age of 18 under the
Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017
