Roadmap Governance Regional Review Hexagon Strategy team • Twice a year, Regional Business Strategy Teams will review the new items that have been requested and top voted on items. • Each of the four regions will identify their top 5 Ideas for each product. • Portfolio Strategy and Enablement (PSE) Team will consider these items in composing the future Hexagon strategies. 13 | hexagon.com Promoting an Idea to an Initiative/Epic/Feature/PBI When the idea is included as a strategy • The idea will be promoted or linked to an Initiative/Epic/Feature/Product Backlog Item • Note the Status will automatically change from “Future Consideration” to “Planned” and the creator and voters will be notified of the status change. 14 | hexagon.com Roadmap Governance Process Summary Submit Ideas Approve and publish Roadmap Final scoring and selection 15 | hexagon.com Public Voting Roadmap Ideation Lifecycle How it works 1. Idea is submitted through portal and available for public voting by customers, partners and Hexagon employees 2. Status of Ideas are always visible within the portal 3. Bi-annual review of top voted Ideas as part of the Roadmap Governance process. 4.
