Dear Mr. Sandip,
API Monogram 4F doesn’t cover Repair, refurbishment & maintenance activities. API Monogram program 4F
are only for new product manufacturers like Mast/Substructure/Derrick etc.
Repair, refurbishment & maintenance activities can be covered under API Spec Q1 or Spec Q2.
