that a building can receive. It has three significant purposes. The first is to search for vacant

To be a member at fridayrents, you can sign up as a retailer, delivery agent, landlord, or tenant.
First on the website is a blog that shows pages of all the buildings that have fridayrents services
all over the country. The blog contains the geolocation of each building and an address, and other
details of the house, rent, the estimated cost of living, number of rooms, bathroom, any
additional advantage of every home. All system users are eligible to see this information and
search with filters on the price range, number of rooms, location, and other services they want to
include in their stay with fridayrents.
When a person decides to join fridayrents building and identifies the specific house they intend
to rent. The system will prompt them to enter their details such as name, id number* phone
number- preferably Safaricom*, emergency phone number*, email address* selfie*. And the
period they intend to live there. They will also digitally put an electronic signature, having read
and understood the terms and conditions of the service.
One's registration is complete; they then will set-up a Fridayrents wallet where they can load a
minimum of 10 Ksh ( which preferably from a credit card or M-pesa account) The
portfolio(wallet) will facilitate faster deliveries. Once this is done, the registration is successful.
To sign-up as a Marchant is similarly the same but with additionals such as business logo/ photo.
What's different for these users(Marchant) is when they are registered. They give additional
information such as the business name* and geolocation* Valid license of trade* and venture
they are such as Fashion and design, Clothes, Food and restaurant, general shop, whole-seller,
groceries, electronics, delivery, etc. When one signs-up as a delivery agent, they provide
additional information such as License number. A Marchant can have more than one venture and
also Including the portfolio but with a minimum of Ksh 100.
When they log in to their profile, they'll see their information and upload a new product they
intend to sell with a brief description, price and a quality photo(zoomable image), and quantity.
When an order of a product is placed, the merchant gets an alert and prepares the order to give
quick feedback when it's ready for collection. This will trigger a delivery agent when this time
elapses and provide them with a destination address; geolocation, a chat with the recipient for
additional details (the system will be able to track arrival time. Once the order is delivered, the
agents sign the delivery, and the E-fridayrents wallet takes out the cash, then the recipient can
tip, rate the merchant, and the delivery process.
Suppose you are not a merchant or a tenant. In that case, you could also apply to sell your
technical skills. This may include; plumbing, physical trainers, makeup artists, modeling, mama
fua, electrician, mechanic, any other skill, and profession. To be listed on the platform, one can
follow links on the website/ mobile app, fill in registration a form of details like full name, tel
number, occupation, description of themselves, a place to upload a cv, and then wait to be
