The applicant must be a Subsidiary Proprietor or Tenant (authorized by the Subsidiary Proprietor) and residing in Tanamera Crest. 2. All applicants are required to produce documentary proof of ownership and residence i.e. Vehicle Registration Book, Company, Certificate Letter (for company car), Lease Agreement (if tenanted), insurance etc. Applicants are also requested to update their registered address in the vehicle log card before the collection date. 3. All residents have to return the transponders and labels to the management when they cease to reside in Tanamera Crest. 4. All rules and regulations governing the car parking shall be observed at all times. 5. The management reserves the right to make additions or alternations to the existing clauses as and when necessary. 6. In the event of default, the Management Corporation reserves the right to de-activate the transponder, wheel-clamp or tow the vehicle out of the estate and the cost incurred shall be borne by the vehicle owner. Car Label a. First issue will be free of charge. Lost/damaged of the label must be reported to the Management Corporation immediately. The replacement cost of each label is S$20.00. b. The label is not transferable. c. The label shall be affixed on the top left corner of the windscreen. d. Resident (including tenant) is to return the label to the Management when they cease to reside in the estate. e. Resident shall notify the Management any changes of vehicle or vehicle registration particulars so that a fresh car park label may be issued in exchange of the old ones. f. The Management Corporation reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion. Application, if approved may be subjected to cancellation at the Management’s discretion. g. The Management’s decision shall be final.
