constituted, and appointed UBAÑA CAJUCOM LAW OFFICE’S Liaison Officer,
MARK JOSEPH ALVAREZ, also of legal age, Filipino with office address at 701
Fil Garcia Tower 140 Kalayaan Ave, cor. Mayaman St. U.P. Village, Quezon City,
as my true and lawful attorney in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
perform the following acts:
1. To request, process and secure in my behalf the Original/ Certified True
Copy of the Transfer of Certificate of Title No. 004-2012012032 from
the Office of Registry of Deeds, Quezon City, Philippines;
2. To also execute, acknowledge and sign, all such receipts, transaction,
documents, and other pertinent requirement for the subsequent and
related acts as may be necessary for legal purposes anent and related to
the aforementioned purpose; and

To discharge and perform all and every act and thing which may be
necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact full
power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
