Dear Sir,
We are writing this letter to your good office to follow up the following submittals that supposedly to be
submitted last February 19, 2024


 Recommendation with computation of 30HP pumps
 New plan Design including the relocation of equipment based on findings
 Water analysis result with solution
This is also to remind you that items 1 and 2 are required to submit before the Variation process for new
proposal of higher HP pumps. And with item 3, we need the solution based on latest result to meet the
required passing value of DENR. Additionally, I would like to remind you that the project has already
exceeded the timeline stated in the contract. Liquidated damage will be applied based on the number of
days that have passed.
