What to do if sleeve is not available in Library?

• Plan any implant within the root
just needed for the path and distance
• Use inner sleeve with depth stop for planning
(M.27.24.D….L5) same geometry like endo sleeve

! Use a 3.5 mm cylinder for planning and
bevel the hole in the template with a 45° tool !
