ENGAGEMENT REPORT GUIDELINES Each student is expected to produce a report at the end of the internship / community engagement exercise. This brief provides a guideline on the expected contents of the report. 1. Title page of the report Title, Name of Organization, Author, Purpose and Date 2. Preliminary pages Declaration Acknowledgement Short summary or abstract Table of contents 3. Report Content Profile of organisation, mission, vision, aims and objectives, organizational structure Functions of the department / office Internship activities Positive and negative experiences Lessons learned Recommendations A.O.B 4. Appendices In here you can include documents that you feel will strengthen your report. This may include working documents you produced, work plan, working tools, pseudocodes e.t.c. 5. Length of the report The report should not exceed 40 pages
