1 General description
总说明
1.1
In order to build this power plant into a demonstration
project, we make the design process a integration of the main
pipeline, the building facade , the colors of the equipment, to
further improve the image of the factory. The color scheme reaches
unity and follows architectural design, to emphasize the group
effect of the construction.
为将本工程打造成为示范电厂，对本工程建构筑物立面、全厂主要管道、
设备色彩进行一体化设计，以进一步提升全厂形象；全厂建筑立面色彩协调
统一，色彩搭配与建筑造型相结合，注意建筑的群体效果。
1.2
This regulation includes the colors of exterior facade of
power plant buildings, interior decoration colors of buildings,
structure and facilities colors, equipment colors, pipeline color,
safety warning colors and enterprise logo, etc.
本规定包括电厂建筑物外立面色彩、建筑室内饰面色彩、构筑物及设施
色彩、设备及管道色彩、安全警示标志色以及企业标志等内容。
1.3 Basis of design
设计依据

TheEPC CONTRACT signed between OWNER and EPC CONTRACTOR.

1.4 Description of the paint color selection
油漆颜色设计说明。
The selection of paint and finishes should be advanced in
technology, economical, reasonable, safe and reliable （ with
strong durability, aging resistance, pollution resistance and
cleaning resistance ） , and be convenient for construction and
maintenance.
Construction
shall
strictly
be
carried
out
in
accordance with relevant construction technology requirements and
construction acceptance specifications.
The paint and color scheme only reflects the last final coat.
Color code is included in the chapter after. Refer the specific
construction drawings for the requirements of the paint anticorrosion treatments. The paint thickness, anti-corrosion practice
and
fire-retardant
coating
requirements
are
detailed
in
the
construction drawing volume of each single structure.
The undercoats and primers are generally not included in this
regulaton. However, each coat must be different from the other
coats.
The
standard
equipment,
such
as
the
control
instrument,
laboratory and lighting fixtures should receive the supplier’s
standard final coat color.
油漆及饰面材料的选择应做到技术先进、经济合理、安全可靠（持久度、
耐老化、耐污染、耐清洗性能强），且便于施工和维护。施工时应严格按有
关的施工工艺要求及施工验收规范执行。
本项目的油漆色彩方案中仅给出了最外层面漆的颜色，详见本说明后文
的色彩表格。油漆厚度、防腐做法及防火涂料要求详见各单体结构施工图卷

其它的底漆及面漆的颜色并未在本说明中指定，但是每一层油漆的颜色
必须是不同于其他油漆涂层的颜色。
标准设备，如控制、仪表、实验室、照明等，使用厂家提供的面漆颜色。
1.5
Colors selections of building construction and equipment
are based of RAL international card color card（Raul color card）。
建筑及设备色彩选用 RAL 国际色卡（劳尔色卡）。
1.6
Due to the difference between the display and printing,
as well as the texture of the material itself, the final material
will be different from the color in this description. Therefore,
before the construction of the whole plant, all kinds of materials
should be submitted to the owner for sample or trial construction,
and large-scale construction can be carried out after the owner
confirms that there is no error.
由于显示器及印刷的差异，以及材质本身的质感的不同，最终材料与本
说明中的颜色会存在一定的差异。因此在全厂施工前，各类材料 应向业主
提交样品或试做样板房，由业主确认无误后方可大规模施工。

The factory building and equipment colors can only be
used after approval by the employer.
全厂建筑及设备色彩使用前需经业主方批准许可后方可使用。
2 Building exterior façade colors
建筑外立面色彩
2.1
The color regulations of building facade include the
following parts: wall, plinth, parapet or cornice, awning, doors
and windows, steps, outdoor stairs and platform railings.
建筑物外立面色彩规定包括下列部位：墙身、勒脚、女儿墙或檐口、雨
蓬、门窗、台阶、室外楼梯和平台栏杆等。

2.3
The basic color of the exteriorfacades of production
buildings and auxiliary buildings is gray white （RAL 9002）. The
accent colors are olive gray （RAL 7002） and saffron yellow （RAL
1017）. The color and finish materials of the facade of office and
living buildings are designed and implemented separately according
to the specific project.
全厂生产建筑、辅助及附属建筑外立面的基调色为灰白色（RAL9002）。
辅助色为橄榄灰色（RAL7002）、深黄色（RAL1017），辅助办公、生活建筑
外立面的色彩和饰面材料见具体工程单独设计实施。
2.4
All colors and materials of the facade of the whole plant
should be sampled and test-painted. Large-scale application can be
carried out only after approval of the owner.
全厂建筑外立面色彩及材料需取得小样并试刷,取得业主批准后方可大
面积施工。
2.5
The surface materialin the tableis only for reference of
color scheme, and the specific material requirements shall be
subject to the requirements of each construction drawing volume.
表格中面层材质仅为色彩方案的参考，具体材质要求以各施工图卷册的

3 Interior finishes colors and paint
建筑室内饰面色彩
3.1
The building interior should pay attention to the
environmental effect formed by color. Indoor colors play an
important
role
to
create
a
beautiful
environment,
improve
production condition and efficiency, reduce workers’ fatigue,
rectify production order and improve safety.
建筑室内应注重色彩所形成的环境效果。室内色彩是创造优美环境，改
善生产条件；减轻疲劳感，提高生产效率；整顿生产秩序，提高安全因素的
重要手段。
3.2
The
interior
colors
of
the
building
includes
the
following parts: interior wall, roof, floor, wall base, wall skirt,
doors and windows, stairs, railings and structural components.
建筑室内色彩包括下列部位：内墙面、顶棚、地面、楼面、踢脚、墙裙、
门窗、楼梯、栏杆及结构构件等。
3.3
The interior color of the building should be bright and
clean. The scheme should mainly be light colors. The centralized
control room is an important part of the power plant. In order to
reflect the feature of the power plant, its interior decoration
color can be selected according to the professional manufacturer's
redecoration design scheme.
建筑室内色彩宜明亮、洁净，以采用浅淡色彩为主。集中控制室是电厂
的重要部位，为体现电厂的个性，其室内装修色彩可以根据专业厂家二次装
修设计方案灵活选用。
3.3.1

the ground floor of boiler room are made of wear-resistant
concrete floor. The ground of operation floor in the boiler room
is made of steel grid. The pedestrian safety passage is painted
with self-leveling paint. The width is 1.5m and the color is green.
Yellow belts are used as warning on both sides. The width of the
belt is 0.15m.
汽机房零米层、汽机房中间层、锅炉房零米层、采用耐磨混凝土楼地面，
锅炉房运转层地面采用钢格栅。人行安全通道自流平油漆地面，宽度为 1.5
米，颜色为绿色，两边以黄色色带为边作为警示，色带宽度 0.15 米。
3.3.2
The operation floor of the steam turbine room is the
highlight space of the main power house. The ground is made of
vinyl floor or epoxy self-leveling floor. The 1.5m wide pedestrian
safety passage is made of the same material. Yellow belts are used
as warninsg on both sides. The width of the belts is 0.15m. The
color of the pedestrian safety passage should be coordinated with
the overall ground and have obvious color contrast.
汽机房运转层是主厂房主要的亮点空间，地面采用塑胶地板或环氧自流
平楼面，人行安全通道采用同材质的材料拼接，宽度为 1.5 米，两边以黄色
色带为边作为警示，色带宽度 0.15 米。人行安全通道颜色与整体地面要协
调并有明显对比，
In addition, the color scheme of indoor ground pavement of
steam turbine room in Table 2 is only recommended scheme, and

另表 2 汽机房室内地面铺装色彩方案仅为推荐方案，色彩铺装方案以业
主批准后色彩方案为准。

The centralized control room is the control center to
ensure safe production of the whole plant. The working environment

of the centralized control room should be clean, quiet and
friendly. Therefore, the interior should be in light and mild
colors. Light color floor tiles should be used on the ground.
Colors in rooms with special requirements shall be implemented in
accordance with corresponding contracts and specifications.
集中控制室是保证全厂安全生产的控制中心，其工作环境需整洁、宁静
并具有亲和力，因此内部应以浅淡温和颜色为主。地面宜采用浅色地砖。有
特殊要求的房间按相应的合同及规范执行。

4 Colors of power plant constructions and facilities
电厂构筑物、设施色彩
4.1
The tall constructions in the plant area are not only the
key part of the outline of the building group in the plant area,
but also the focus of human sight. The trestles and pipe racks in
the plant area can connect the building group into an organic
whole. Therefore, the color selection for various structures and
facilities has a decisive impact on the overall artistic effect of
the plant building and the symbolic role of the power plant.
厂区内的高大构筑物不仅是厂区建筑群体轮廓线的重点突出部分，而且
也是视线汇聚的目标；厂区内的栈桥、管架可以将建筑群连成有机的整体。
因此各构筑物、设施的色彩选择，对厂区建筑整体的艺术效果和电厂的标志
作用有着举足轻重的影响。
4.2
The structures and facilities within the enclosure walls
（ including enclosure walls ） of the power plant mainly include:
mechanical ventilation cooling towers, chimneys, ash storage, coal
sheds, wind and dust suppression walls, wharf hydraulic structures,
trestle bridges, plant complex pipe frames, firewalls, etc.
火力发电厂围墙以内（包括围墙）的构筑物及设施主要有：机械通风冷
却塔、烟囱、灰库、煤棚、码头水工构筑物、栈桥、厂区综合管架、防火墙
等。
4.3
The surface materialin the tableis only for reference of
color scheme, and the specific material requirements shall be
subject to the requirements of each construction drawing volume.
表格中面层材质仅为色彩方案的参考，具体材质要求以各施工图卷册的
要求为准。

5 Equipment color integration
设备色彩一体化
5.1
The color table of equipment and pipeline is compiled in
accordance with code for design of thermal insulation paint for
thermal power plant （DL/ T 5072-2019）. For equipment or pipeline
color which cannot be implemented according to the color table of
equipment and pipeline listed in this specification due to special
reasons, the color painting scheme of equipment or pipeline can be
changed after written communication and signature with the owner.
本设备、管道色彩表依据《火力发电厂保温油漆设计规程》 （DL/T
5072-2019） 编写，因特殊原因无法按本说明所列设备及管道色彩表执行的
设备或管道色彩，经与业主方书面沟通签字同意后，可以更改设备或管道色
彩涂刷方案。
5.2
This description is only for the color description of
main equipment and pipeline. The performance and process diagram
requirements of equipment and pipeline paint in the whole plant
（ including but not limited to identification, color ring of
pipeline, medium name and medium flow direction indication） shall
still meet the provisions of 9.1.2 and 9.1.3 in code for design of
thermal insulation paint in thermal power plant （ DL / T 50722019）.
本说明仅为主要设备、管道色彩的说明，全厂设备、管道油漆的性能和
工艺图示要求（包括但不限于标识、管道的色环、介质名称和介质流向表示）
尚应满足《火力发电厂保温油漆设计规程》（DL/T 5072-2019）中 9.1.2 及
9.1.3 的规定。

Unless otherwise specified in the attached table, the
color of equipment and pipeline of coal handling system is agate
grey （ral7038）.
除附表特殊注明处，输煤系统设备及管道颜色为玛瑙灰色（RAL7038）。
5.3.2
The lifting facilities of the whole plant are red
orange （RAL2001）.
全厂起吊设施均为橘红色（RAL2001）。
5.3.3
Unless otherwise specified in the attached table, the
color of theoutdoor electrical and I & C professional system
equipment is silver grey（ral7001）,theindoor electrical and I & C
professional system equipment is light grey（ral7035）.
除附表特殊注明处外，电气及仪控专业系统室外设备颜色为银灰色
（RAL7001）,室内设备颜色为浅灰色（RAL7035）
5.3.4
In the Table 4-3 of electrical equipment: for different
phases of AC or DC electrical equipment, in addition to the main
colors of the equipment marked in accordance with Table 4-3, the
different phases and colors of the electrical equipment should be
markedly marked at the appropriate positions of the electrical
equipment, as follows:
对于不同相别的交流或直流电气设备，除按照表 4-3 标示有设备的主颜
色以外，还应在电气设备适当的位置显 著地标注电气设备不同的相别及颜

6 Safety warning colors

6.1
locations:
Safety warning colors will be applied at the following
places
where
there
are
stepping
out,
bumping
and
stumbling possibilities; places where may negatively impact normal
production and processing; places where may cause threatening of
human health and life due to carelessly treatment to equipment;
places for storing containers of dangerous and hazardous substances.
警示标志色用于下列部位：有踏空、碰头、绊倒危险的部位；影响正常
生产、使用的部位；在不经心对待生产设备而对人体健康和生命造成危害的
