Dear Teachers,
An Balay ni Bimboy is a story aimed at developing the appreciation and love for reading of
learners in the Kindergarten. This big book can help you in facilitating the development of the following specific learning competencies:
• KAKPS-00-20 Tumutulong nang kusa sa panahon ng pangangailangan;
• SEKPSE -00-8 Naipapakita ang pagbawi pagkaraan ng kabiguan, pagkatalo o di kasiya-siyang
pagyayari;
• LLKOL-00-7 Ask and answer questions (who, what, where, when, why as maybe appropriate)
about stories listened to;
• LLKPA-Ic-2 Identify the sounds of letters (Bb) orally given;
Aside from these learning competencies, this big book can develop the literacy domains on Alphabet Knowledge and Book and Print Knowledge.
As teachers, make the learning fun by using stories that are familiar to the learners.

5. It blew the roof and windows of Bimboy’s house.
6. After the storm, Bimboy and his brother repaired the house.
7. Bimboy’s house has become beautiful again.
