Greetings!
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincerest apology for being
unable to fulfill the process of enrollment yesterday February 28, 2024.
I know the importance of the compliance of the enrollment, but due to an important
matter in our Barangay that requires the presence of the Sangguniang Kabataan's
Chairwoman and Councilors, I have to went home early after class. This may have
caused a conflict on my enrollment process, but rest assured that I will comply today.
I am looking forward for your kind consideration and utmost understanding regarding
