General guideline statement
The abstract is expected to summarize the major aspects of the entire
research work in a prescribed sequence that indicated above. It is
usually has a length of one page of around 300 words. The abstract
comes in different types; critical, descriptive, informative, and highlight
abstracts. Each has its own purpose. The most used one is the
informative type which is within most of us interested. In such type, the
researcher presents and explains all the main arguments and the
important results and evidence in the paper. This include the purpose,
methods, scope, results, conclusions of the research, and the
recommendations of the author(s).
Here, one should write his/her abstract using concise, but complete
sentences. Get to the point quickly and always use the past tense. The
abstract should be written last since it summarizes the contents of the
entire work. Think of the abstract as describing the most information
using the fewest necessary words in complete sentences. The abstract
SHOULD AVOID; Lengthy background information, References to
other literature, incomplete sentences, Abbreviations, and Any sort of
image, illustration, figure, or table. The presented abstract template is
just a trial to provide a guide for our students and beginners. The above
words were mostly collected from the internet links, which for more
information anyone may visit and read it.
