JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Conducted UTG testing on vessels and storage tanks found the thickness of material.
 Conducted UTG Testing on raw materials to detect laminations.
 Performed Ultrasonic Thickness surveys on pipelines (for corrosion assessment),
towers, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.
 Conducted weld scanning of plates and pipelines at various butt welds.
found LOF, LOP, root cracks, and porosity according to the client acceptance
standard followed issued accept or reject that weldment.
 Conducted NDT methods on process piping, including UT corrosion monitoring,
MPI, and DPI, in accordance with ASME Sec V piping standards.
 First stage involved checking for porosity, blow holes, cracks, illusions, and
shrinkage, while the final stage identified all minor defects for further action.
 Conducted inspections in compliance with specific codes and standards.
 Conducted PT inspection on ferrous and non-ferrous materials weld joints, such as
aluminium, ceramics and plastics.
 Performed magnetic particle testing (MPT) on weld joints and inspected them using
the yoke method.
