Avery is a 2nd year student at the
University of Waterloo. It’s the first
time that they are living on their own
and the experience hasn’t been the
best. Avery misses loved ones and
often travels back home to Kingston
to visit. With little money to spare,
Avery purchased a VIA Rail Pass
which allows for travel at a low fare.
The long train journey gives Avery
lots time to finish homework so that
at home, they can spend quality time
with family. Although the train is
nice and spacious, Avery’s
experience at the station hasn’t been
the best.
