Participants come from ministries/directorates/agencies that are responsible for Resource Management. Participants should also come from other areas of Government, such as Environment, Finance, Legal, Statistics, Maritime Authorities and others. The course is aiming at giving a comprehensive introduction to the challenges that countries will meet where exploration and production of petroleum take place. The course is a good competence fundament for employees working in/with the petroleum sector in any given country.
