February 20, 2024 Marcelo Sevilla 2820 Camino Del Rio S Ste 100 San Diego, CA 92108 Dear Mr. Sevilla: I hope that you are doing well. My name is Christopher Brantley, and I am a student in your Computer Fundamentals class. I am writing you to tell you about some of the things I am most excited to learn while here at the California Institute of Arts and Technology. First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for your time and the hard work you put in teaching all your students. You are a wonderful and compassionate teacher, and I really feel that you are always there for me to reach out to if I have any issues or questions. I will admit that I had thought before beginning online classes that they would be somewhat impersonal, and you have in short work smashed those misconceptions. The preliminary classwork here at CIAT is standard fare, and I can’t wait for things to amp up when we get closer to the certification process. There hasn’t been much that I didn’t already know up to this point, but I understand the need to flesh out the basics for anyone not up to speed so that this can be a proper introductory course. I am most excited to begin working on the computer build kits that will be coming later this year. I’ve never built my own computer from scratch before and I feel like this is going to be the most exciting and rewarding part of the entire course for me. I am also eagerly looking forward to the certifications process as a chance to challenge myself. If you ever have any questions or concerns for me, my school email is 890005175@ciat.edu and my personal cell phone number is (657) 329 – 9441. I am available 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 9 PM on the weekends. Thanks again, Mr. Sevilla! Sincerely, Christopher Ray Brantley
