DEED OF SALE OF SHARES OF STOCK
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This instrument made and entered into this __ day of July, 2023 in the
City of Bacolod, Philippines, by and between:
_____________, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident at
_____________, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”.
-in favor_____________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
_____________, hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS the SELLER is the true and absolute owner of 749
subscribed shares at _____________, with its principal address at
_____________.
WHEREAS the SELLER desires to sell the above-stated shares, and the
BUYER agrees to purchase the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and the
mutual covenants hereafter contained, and for and in consideration of the
sum of SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED (P74,900.00)
PESOS the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the SELLER hereby
SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto the BUYER his total shares thereof
totaling 750 subscribed shares.
Moreover, the SELLERS hereby transfer and relinquish all his rights and
interests to the 750 subscribed shares at Bacolod Innovat Incorporated in
favor of the BUYERS.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand this
