Graphs taken in 1981 and 1991 show the number of additions to one person household in some of the countries listed. According to the data obtained, Denmark has the number of additional one person household among other European countries, which is increasing by 31%. Besides Denmark, Germany was the European country with the second highest increase in the year, at 30%. in contrast, the Netherlands was the country with the fewest additions, at only 16%. From data taken from 1991, Sweden is the country with the most increase in one person household, which is an increase of 11% from the previous 10 years. Spain is the country with the least percentage of additions compared to other European countries. However, no data is showing the total percentage increase in Spain 10 years earlier. While other European countries such as Austria, France, UK, and Iceland have a medium percentage. From these graphs and data, it can be concluded that each country in Europe has a different amount of increase. Several factors can cause an increase in one-person household. One of them, large countries with small populations have a greater chance of living alone.
