Proposal FLQA-PRO-PRO-LP-0001-00 Rev. A0 Process Background Client requested engineering consultancy services regarding skeet shooting plate manufacturing plant. The plant must accommodate the ISSF requirement and passed the engineering review from third party engineering consultance review services. 2. Purpose of the Document This document is prepared to supply information to the client regarding the document deliverables, scope of work, and manhour requirements to finish the project. 3. Scope of the Document The scope of this document is limited to only propose regarding documents listed below: a. Providing project design basis document. b. Providing process flow diagram complete with heat and material balances. c. Providing equipment design complete with calculations, datasheet, and reference. d. Providing economic analysis of the project with method listed in the document. 4. Terms In this document there will be terms that are repeatedly used to simplify sentences and to refer to someone else, those terms are. 4.1 Client The client of this project is Fahed Tarmoom, contracted through Upwork platform. 4.2 Consultant Consultant that is doing the project/engineering is Luqman H. P. Prasetyo, contracted through Upwork Platform 4.3 Project Project that are being done is “Engineering Consultancy Services For Preliminary Skeet Shooting Plate Plant Design”. 4.4 Vendor A third party that will supply documents and technical references if required by the client or by the consultant. A0 Process Engineering Deliverables Project Design Basis The document aimed to provide same level of understanding between the client and consultant regarding known information and engineering basis. Client will provide review regarding the assumption and basis of the project. Project design basis will consist of: a. Quantity of product guaranteed to be produced and designed capacity. b. Assumption on material availability, including source of water, steam, and raw materials. c. International Design Standards used in equipment design phase. d. Assumptions made on holding time and minimum stockage requirements. e. Simple block flow diagram to be developed into Process Flow Diagram later during the project. f. Software that will be used to design the equipment. Project design basis will be completed normally in 30 hours. 5.2 Process Flow Diagram with Heat and Mass Balance The document aimed to provide the client with an overall picture of the process designed. Process flow diagram should consist of: a. Main Process Designed b. Heat and Material Balance of each equipment c. Design Information regarding each equipment d. Utility Flow Diagram Process Flow Diagram with Heat and Mass Balance will be completed normally in 20 hours. 5.3 Equipment Design The document aimed to provide the client with design of each equipment required for the manufacture of skeet shooting plate. The document will consist of a report and a detailed calculation sheet complete with reference being used during design stage.
