COURSE SYLLABUS
Course Description and Objective: The course is an in-depth study of the nature, kinds,
and effect of obligations and their extinguishment; contracts in general, their requisites,
form, and interpretation; defective contracts, quasi contracts, natural obligations, and
estoppel. Some correlative discussion on the application of this course to the Law on
Sales, being a special contract.
