Public and International Affairs, that encapsulates the fundamental nature and purpose of the thirteenday International Training-Workshop on Advanced Metaverse Technology, scheduled to take place from
November 8, 2023, to November 20, 2023, at the esteemed University of Northern Philippines-Tadena
Hall.
Dr. Avila further emphasized the importance of ongoing education and the exploration of potential
opportunities that could lead to the establishment of a boundaryless university.

Meanwhile, Dr. Edelyn A. Cadorna, Director-URDO, introduced Mr. Rizky Anugrah Ananto, a Data
Science and Metaverse Practitioner, who was the distinguished guest speaker from Indonesia. Mr.
Ananto demonstrates a keen interest in Machine Learning and Data Science, with a particular focus on
mathematics. He effectively utilizes data to provide tailored solutions that align with the unique
requirements of companies or organizations.
This event was organized through a collaboration between the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education
Organization (SEAMEO) and the University of Northern Philippines.
