EXERCISE
The workload is a lot, so exercising is
good for your physical and mental health.
Whether it's basketball, jogging, or
swimming. Don't forget, exercising for 20
minutes everyday can also improve your
liver and other body organs, too!
STUDY
Remember to study at least 2 hours a day
(Although I didn't do that at all). Try to go
to every class and listen to what the
professors say, because sometimes what
he says appears in the exams. University
stands for STUDYing!!!
REST
Sleep is important, especially for college
students. It's alright to burn the midnight
oil sometimes, but try to sleep at least 6-8
hours a day. Play some video games or
sing a song in the shower, do anything
that calms you down. 0rz
