I really efforts for trying to find my Apple id.
Please provide your proof of ownership below, such as a photo or
screenshot of the original sales receipt. The document must reflect
the purchase of an Apple product and show the product's identifying
information, such as a serial number, IMEI, or MEID.
Do not upload scanned images of your government issued photo ID
such as Driver's License or other Identification cards. Screenshots
only or pictures of the original product packaging are not considered
proof of purchase. Apple will not be able to process your request
unless an invoice such as the original sales receipt is provided.
