While every time I see those people who always behaves high confidence with smiling all the time, I would noticed that: confidence would give people for a wonderful life. In this video, I learn 6 behaviors to increase confidence, and I am impressed about the first one and the fifth one the most. The first behaviors speaker gives is “Count yourself in with 3,2,1,go” The reason why I like this tips is that I often hesitate or doubt for myself when the precious opportunities appears. However, because of a while of hesitation, the chance disappeared and then I would be really upset and regret for my unconfidence at that moment. Therefore, the speaker words: ” counting will get you started, momentum will keep you going” moved me deeply. If I can be brave and be more confident to start by count myself in, maybe it’s just a small talk with foreigner, or maybe is a competition to join, or maybe is a chance to show out my effort on somethings, etc. Actually, many things are not that difficult for me to conquer and to accomplish, but it is difficult for me to start with confidence. And by the speakers tips, I believed that counting myself in is something to let the start become easier and more confident . With these tips to increase the confidence, I must be more possible to jump out of the comfort zone, learn new things, and show the best of myself to other people and also get more chance to grow. I trust that with confidence, I would get closer to the success, and have more wonderful life.
