Bring a large pot of
water to a rolling boil.

add broth to a separate
small pot and bring to just
below a boil.

Strainer
Non-stick pan
Neutral oil

heat protein in an oiled pan.
tofu - cook on med-high until
coloured on both sides.
pork - quickly sear on high
until coloured on both sides.
Chicken - heat through on medhigh with splash of water.
While noodles are cooking, add your tare
to taste in a serving bowl.

PRO TIP: PREHEAT YOUR BOWL WITH HOT WATER FIRST.

whisk well to incorporate the tare.

cooked, strain
well and mix
them into broth.

Slice your green onion and garnish your bowl
with it, along with the menma and sesame seeds.
