Subject : Completion of Pending Work Golf View Appartments, Sector-19B,
Dwarka and Extension of payment schedule.
Respected Sir,
We, the allottees of the HIG/ super HIG flats in Sector 19 B, Dwarka, write to draw
your kind attention towards the pace of work going on at the site.

⁠ DA has issued the Demand cum Allotment letter (DAL) on 30/01/2024 giving 60 days
time to deposit 100% payment.

⁠ ir, it is emphasized that in the Scheme Brochure it is clearly mentioned (Annexure A
page No 16) that “These Flats are likely to be handed over in June-2024”. Further,
under Para 12 sub para 12.6, it is mentioned that “For the flats which are nearing stage
of completion, if the flats are not ready to be handed over within 3 months from
the last date of of e-Auction (
Jan 2024 in this case), then DAL will be issued
for only 75% of the demand amount/ disposal price of the flat which will have to
be paid by the allottee within 60 days of the issuance of the demand letter”.

Moreover, “time of 30 days over and above this period of 60 days will be available to
the allottee subject to payment of interest at the rate of 10% Simple Interest p.a.”
Para 12.7 reads “For the flats mentioned at para 12.6 above, a separate
Demand- Cum Allotment Letter will be issued for rest of 25% demand amount as
stated in the Demand Cum Allotment Letter at the time when the Flats are ready
for physical possession. Further time of 30 days, over and above this period of 60
days, will be available to the allottee subject to payment of interest at the rate of
10% p.a. (simple Interest)”.

Since the time that the Scheme was announced in November 2023, we have been
regularly visiting the site and monitoring the pace of work which, by any yardstick, has been
extremely slow and only a few labourers are seen to be working at the site despite any
contrary claim by the contractor. With the present pace of work, it is increasingly clear that
the Flats would not be ready even by the end of 2024 (Few photographs attached for ready
reference).

Sir, in all fairness your goodself would appreciate that issue of DAL for 100% amount is
not in consonance with the instructions promulgated in the Scheme Brochure..

Hence, we the allottees of Golf View Appartments, Sector-19, Dwarka request your
kind attention to review the DAL and issue an amendment for the payment schedule till
completion of the project.

A visit to the site by yourself shall further substantiate our concerns as brought out.

We shall be highly grateful for your kind indulgence in the larger interest of meeting
the ends of fairness please.
