What content can I find in the module?
→ You will find several sections addressing each element of the ERCS
methodology.
→ You can also download the PDF of the Supporting material published by
EASA.
→ Conversion procedures are not addressed in this module. A
separate module will be made to address them.

ERCS Regulation Structure
→ First, the regulatory background is discussed
providing understanding of the general
regulatory structure.
→ Regulation (EU)376/2014 is then discussed
and how the ERCS is mandated through it.
→ The last section discusses the ERCS
implementing regulations (EU) 2020/2034
which establishes the framework and
methodology and (EU) 2021/2082 that
implements the scheme into EU law.
→ Finally, the user can check his understanding.

→ Updates to the learning module are in the pipeline Q1 2022.
→ Specific section on the ERCS module in E2 will be added
→ Supporting material – Part 2 on the conversion procedures will be updated
according to the new implementing act (EU) 2021/2082.
