The purpose of this document “Safety Budget for Project” is generated with the 3-fold purposes as follows:
1. To develop a safety budget that focuses strictly on safety related programmes and activities.
2. To emphasize the importance of headcount for safety team on site for an effective and realistic safety programmes’ implementation.
The entire budget of the site safety organization took up about 80% of the entire budget.
3. To illustrate that safety budget for project, excluding all site preliminaries and external works, is negligible. All other costs which
include safety promotion, safety training, PPE, equipment and etc took up the remaining 20%.
