Family Poem
Tell me what does family means to you
Is it all the little special things one another do
Or is it the bond that one another has
Maybe it's the love from one generation to another one it pass
Family is more than a six letter word
It is a word that often need to be heard
Family is more than relatives they are friends
Friend that will stick with you to the very very end
A family bond is stronger than ever
Because it can overcome any stormy weather
A family stands tall no matter how hard they fall
Uniting as one when their backs against the wall
That is simply what a family do
Helping you become a better you
So when you think about the word family
Think beyond just the background history
Like they say a empty house is not a home
And a true faithful family never stands alone

My Family
I think and write about them often…
but how would I define my family?
Are we a novel that adds a new chapter everyday…
or an endless ever-changing symphony?
As I've observed my family for 70 years…
enduring our losses….cherishing our growth…
I imagine the answer to what is my family…
is a little bit of both.
Each day my family pens another page of our story
an adventure, to us, divine…
It might be filled with laughter, tears, joy or sorrow…
as our characters intertwine.
Each day my family adds another sheet of music
some new lyrics or a melody…
that, in spite of our varied notes and styles
creates its own harmony.
Yes, each day I am blessed to be a member of this family
to read another page or listen to our ever-changing melody.
To be part of a family that to this day is magically transcending….
our story…never finished….
our music…never ending.

Tribute Poem
In the heart's home, family binds us tight,
Through laughter and tears, they shine like light.
With love that's endless, they guide our way,
In every moment, they make your day
In their embrace, we find our strength,
Together we conquer any length.
Through stormy weather or sunny skies,
Family stands strong, never telling lies.
They cheer us when we are about to fold,
With open arms, their warmth we hold.
Forever cherished, in our hearts they stay,
Family, our rock, in every single way.

The Heart Of Our Family
It is the thing I most admire.
You'll never find anything with so much desire,
To please everyone and everything.
To make you smile, to make you sing.
It is so large,
It is so full.
It's filled with a warmth that never cools.
It is ready to expand for anything or anyone
Love and acceptance is never done.
When anything goes wrong
It will be there to stand strong.
It pulls us through the floods and fires.
It holds us together,
Like thick, worthy leather.
It's here for me, it's here for you.
When you are happy or when you are blue.
It is there to create,
all of our hope and all of our faith.
It is sometimes a fighter, but always a lover.
It is the heart of my grandmother.
The heart of our family.

Family
Family isn't always born that way,
People come into your hearts and stay.
It's the moments that you're able to share,
And find a way to show how much you care.
Family is always in your heart,
No matter the miles or years apart.
It's the precious moments that last,
So that they can be a part of your past.
Family makes us who we are,
No matter how strange or bizarre.
There's a connection that brings them together,
With a bond that holds them forever.

Family
I don't know how I'd survive,
without them by my side,
when they're with me I can confide,
I can always rely,
that they'll never lie,
they make me so happy,
I love them endlessly,
although I have a tendency,
to storm off angrily,
they're the only ones who truly put up with me,
so close to me,
my dear family.

All I ever wanted was a complete family,
To have a mother whom I never met,
My family will always remain who they are in my heart and soul,
My family is more important than my friends and my lover,
Family will always come first,
Family is family,
No matter what they did they'll always remain family.
