Explanation of phenomenon:
1. Demonstrate that the lights will
turn on when the circuit is
completed by a sheet of metal, as
the metal conducts electricity
2. Ask students to predict what
would happen if we were to
complete the weak electricity
circuit with our hands.
3. Ask students to predict what
would happen if we were to
complete the weak circuit by
holding hands with everyone.
Circuit will be completed, and
the lights should turn on.
Since the human body is made of water
and electrolytes, it can conduct
electricity which completes the circuit
and lights will turn on.
