It is a small outdoor shop with cozy place surroundings by flowers and plants that will be customer stress reliever and feel the nostalgia and aesthetic of the Philippines. It is also a shop that will support the local product of the Philippines. The goal of our business is to resurface rare goods and create massive impact to the next generation. MISSION OBJECTIVES To provide affordable vintage clothing to many Filipino’s and serve consolidation that symbolizes our product. To gain the economy to recognize the local product as exportation product and can be widely-known internationally. BUSINESS MODEL Jom’s Archive is selling affordable rare clothing rice . So, our shop is a merchandising business – takes raw materials and creates a product or assembles pre-made components into a product and a manufacturer may sell its products directly to its customers, or it can outsource sales to another company. 10 | P a g e BUSINESS AND PRODUCT POSITION is a micro business. On the other hand, our business cannot conduct market research through shortage of funds. Therefore, we can sustain product positioning through other way (i.e. free taste, survey etc.) so, the data will be gathered is use for to know the customer’s opinion that will maximize the profit instead maximizing the expense to avoid bankruptcy or turn the business down. So, the possible customer of the shop are students, church servants and villagers. It has no age limit and can avail of everyone.
