It explores strategic solutions to address these challenges and focuses on empowering graduate students through tailored strategies and educational support. It also seeks to enhance students' knowledge, build confidence to engage with professionals from prominent companies, foster self-belief, and develop excellent communication skills for effective idea-sharing. The aim was to gain valuable insights into the industry and enhance our communication skills through engaging with professionals from different organizational backgrounds.
