INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY
SUSAN, a nerdy and bookish sister, sits on the couch reading a science fiction novel. Her brother,
MIKE, a sporty and energetic guy, enters with a soccer ball.
MIKE
Hey, Susie-Q, ready for some soccer action?
SUSAN
(looking up, annoyed)
Mike, can't you see I'm in the middle of a parallel universe?
MIKE
(laughs)
Parallel universe? You mean that book? Why read when you can kick a ball around?
SUSAN
(irritated)
Because, dear brother, books don't hit you in the face.
MIKE
(grinning)
Well, neither does a soccer ball if you know how to dodge.
SUSAN
(rolls eyes)
Dodge? I've been dodging your schemes since we were kids.
MIKE
(smiling)
And I've been kicking soccer balls your way since we were kids. Tradition, sis.
SUSAN
(sighs)
Can't we just coexist peacefully? You and your soccer, me and my books.
MIKE
(playfully)
Come on, Susie, just one game. It'll be like a story – the epic battle of the soccer ball versus the
bookworm.
SUSAN
(resigned)
Fine, one game. But if I get a black eye, you're explaining it to mom
MIKE
(chuckles)
Deal. Get ready for the clash of the titans!
They head outside for their absurd showdown, the soccer ball bouncing off the book and Susan
dodging with unexpected agility. Laughter echoes as the clash of interests turns into a hilarious
sibling rivalry.
