Rodriguez MAEC 4 MC The following are the three important concepts that I have learned from the presentations: ● I learned that businessmen don’t just automatically create a business just because they want to or just because it just popped on their head. I appreciate the idea that businessmen really put into consideration the reason why they create a specific product or business and that these are rooted on what are their passions and skills. Also, the fact that even before us customers want or need a product, there will always be a business that is innovative enough to offer products that will be beneficial to their customers. ● I also learned about the importance of the Hierarchy of Employees in a company. This is not just an illustration to show who are the powerful people in a company, but also a strategy to run the company in an organized manner. Hierarchy of Employees highlights how each of the people in the company have different duties and responsibilities for the company and that respect and collaboration between these people will put a company at an advantage. ● Lastly, I also learned that a performance management system is not just all about focusing on the performance of a company as a whole. It is highlighted that the employees' parts in a company play a vital role in order for the company to run smoothly. The employees are said to be the blood of your company, initiating different strategies in order to enhance the performance of your employees will in turn have a positive impact on the company’s overall performance. And all of these things that I learned will help me in the future, both in my career and personal life, in a way that I will be able to value myself first as an employee because I plan to work first in order to gather some capital and make my own business. And in turn, as I put value on being an employee of a company, I will also learn how to value the future employees of my future business. No business is a one man team, there will always be a time wherein a person will have to talk to other people to gather knowledge and insights that will also be a helping hand in order to succeed in life.
