EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (DA) REGIONAL FIELD OFFICE (RFO)
XII, TO AVAIL CORN PROCESSING COMPLEX WITH SILO AND FEEDMILL INTENDED FOR
IDENTIFIED SUB - CLUSTER ORGANIZATIONS OF SULTAN KUDARAT INTEGRATED CORN
CLUSTER (SKICC) FEDERATION
WHEREAS, the Sultan Kudarat Integrated Corn Cluster (SKICC) Federation is compose of
several identified sub- cluster organizations originated from different municipalities of the
province.

WHEREAS, the above-requested agricultural facility will possibly create a huge impact to the
federation and to its sub-cluster organizations as well considering its scope of corn
production area in the entire province.
WHEREAS, presented to the honorable body for deliberation is the need to avail the said
facility now that most of our corn farmers felt discouragement on the current prevailing
prices of both yellow and corn commodity wherein no financial gain were declared and then
waited for couple of months.
WHEREAS, as observed nowadays, corn farmers seemed weakened in engaging to corn
production resulting in the reduction of corn produced and lessen its supply in the economy.

WHEREAS, acquiring this above-mentioned facility will encourage few traders to buy the
corn produced at fair prevailing prices.
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Maam Edna B. Falcis, Vice President and duly seconded
by the body present, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to HUMBLY REQUEST DR. JOHN
B. PASCUAL, DVM, OIC REGIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
(DA) REGIONAL FIELD OFFICE (RFO) XII, TO AVAIL CORN PROCESSING COMPLEX WITH SILO
AND FEEDMILL INTENDED FOR IDENTIFIED SUB - CLUSTER ORGANIZATIONS OF SULTAN
KUDARAT INTEGRATED CORN CLUSTER (SKICC) FEDERATION.
RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished the Office of the Provincial
Agriculturist (OPAg), Department of Agriculture (DA) Regional Field Office (RFO) XII and other
offices concerned for their information and guidance.
UNANIMOUSLY APPOROVED this 11th day of January 2024 at Barangay Wasag, Palimbang,
Sultan Kudarat.
