Proof of Concept: DiamondStar Group of Companies Website Overview This document outlines the proof of concept (PoC) for developing DiamondStar Group of Companies website (now onwards Company or The Company). The purpose of this document is to demonstrate the feasibility and basic functionality of the website, its design and features. Objectives Create a visually appealing and user-friendly interface. Focus more on UI/UX and use visuals with minimum but specific text. Provide essential information about The Company, its products and services, clients, and contact details. Implement basic functionality such as navigation, contact form, and responsive design. Ensure compatibility across different devices and web browsers along with responsiveness on mobile devices. Since our goal to develop the website is to be known in the world of internet and to attract the potential customers and as a result increase our business; the User Interface and User Experience need to be taken care of. Website Name www.diamondstargroup.com Features 1. Homepage: Introduction to the company. Highlight key products/services. Call-to-action buttons for easy navigation. Hero Header to make the brand stand out from the competition Counter for displaying summary of total customers, product sold, revenue generated etc. 2. About Us: Detailed information about the company's history, mission, and core values. Profiles of key team members. List of Achievements, Awards and Recognitions accumulated List of Partners joining the company Contact and locations of the factories, company branch offices and the head office 3. Services: Showcase products/services with descriptions, images, and pricing if applicable. The main page will list only a summary of the services presenting a minimum but specific text, if the customer wants to view the details they would hit Call-To-Action button for details. List the available features and services Option for users to request more information or make inquiries. Benefits that the customers can obtain Easy to answer questions along with their answers (FAQ) 4. Contact Us: Contact form for users to send inquiries or feedback. Display contact information (email, phone, address). Google Maps integration for locating the company head office, branch offices and factories and warehouse. 5. Blogs and News: Industry related news and blogs to rank in on various search engines Quarterly/semiannually newsletter to encompass company products or service updates, events and other related information. 6. Careers: Jobs posting for new hiring Job Application Form for download along with the associated email address where to send the resume. Testimonials section FAQs related to job posting Benefits that the company provides 7. Companies: Display a navbar to list the companies Display the location of each company for the customers to easily locate when required Display FAQs related to the companies List the company portfolio and list of projects completed and testimonials The company introduction will be only specific text along with some visuals. If the customers want a detailed profile, they can visit the company specific page or download company brochure. 8. Responsive Design: Ensure the website looks good and functions well on various devices (desktops, tablets, smartphones) Utilize CSS media queries for responsiveness and different styles based on the device characteristics such as in accordance with their screen width, height, orientation, resolution etc. Images and media elements must be sized using relative units so that they scale proportionally with different screen sizes and prevent them from being oversized or undersized. Content prioritization must be adopted as a key concern to display most important elements to be visible even on smaller screens while less critical content rearranged/hidden for optimal user experience. Prioritize performance optimization to ensure fast loading time for images and text across all devices by utilizing intelligent lazy loading techniques.
