Assignment Question:
Select an organization that ventured into the global market within the last 50 years. Analyze and provide
a detailed account of the opportunities this organization seized upon by expanding globally. Additionally,
compile a comprehensive list of the challenges this organization encountered as a result of its global
expansion, and describe the strategies it employed to overcome these challenges.
This assignment is for the course Organization Behavior therefore limit your answer to areas applicable to
OB.
