In this busy and rapid growing world, where survival of the
fittest is the key to live; every human being is subject to bad
mental health resulting to anxiety, depression, insomnia, high
overthinking and many more disrupting his overall health and
leading to a less life span.
Suicide is the fourth leading cause of death in 15–29-year-olds.
Although there are known, effective treatments for mental
disorders, more than 75% of people in low- and middle-income
countries receive no treatment
Barriers to effective care include a lack of investment in mental
health care, lack of trained health-care providers and social
stigma associated with mental disorders.

Solution Overview
 Tackling this problem comes our ChatBot which is more like a
counsellor.
 The user can interact with their personal AI counsellor
anytime they feel the need
 don’t need any appointment or a particular time of the day to
wait for
 Quicker and highly efficient as the user can interact with it
being present anywhere instead of being in a room as the
traditional method.
 The solution we provide is an user friendly and culturally
respectful application which helps us to connect with users
and gather information about their mental health and medical
conditions

A user-friendly dashboard for visualising the users mental state on a weekly and
daily basis.
Use Visual representations to denote users level of anxiety, depression,
insomnia, any diseases, melancholic state etc
section for showing his precaution measures, any food to be avoided,
exercises/yogas to be done of some particular time giving him kinda time-table
keeping into account and suitable to his professional and personal life
Keeps track how well the user follows those practices and instantly gives a
motivating quote. (Task based Tracking system, in which user selects the
completed tasks and grades their completion on a scale of 10)
Along with the emotions, the app can also keep track of the user's physical
health stats like height , physical problems and changes in weight. According to
stats we can tell the disease or suggest a doctor's appointment.

Technology Stack
The user interacts with the bot as he would with his
counsellor. Using the ML model, the bot understands the
users’ emotions and mental state and the data is send to
the server(backend) for further processing.
Processing of the backend: Data send to the serverThe
entire data sheet(Users emotional/mental state) is divided
into two copies, one is sent to the database as storage for
weekly analysis; and the other copy is studied hands on for
the daily report.Now, for the daily report, the ML model
is used to understand users mental state and his anxiety
levels, depression, insomnia, etc levels are listed
downThe bot suggests certain precaution measures and
exercises/yoga to follow It also asks him/her to explain
the reason behind the emotion predicting the root cause of
their sadness, anxiety like an actual counsellor.
