Dear Engr. Aldrin T. Agramon, I hope this letter finds you well. As Brgy Captain of 4th year level I am writing to formally appeal for the reconsideration accord pertaining to the fixed amended guidelines for the removal exam. We understand the importance of maintaining academic standards and appreciate your dedication to ensuring a fair and just educational excellence. We are aware that our performance in the recent exam and various quizzes from midterm to final in this semester fell below the expected standards, and we take full responsibility for the outcome. However, we believe that the circumstances surrounding our performance were exceptional and significantly impacted our ability to perform at our best. But even though doing our best is not enough. In some notation we are deeply saddened to say that our reasons were not exceptionally solid just to solidify our actions in order to meet your expectations and accordance. According to your syllabus, it was very self-explanatory to adhere that there was no clear indication or what so ever of this kind of intuition. We are not aware that you will add up the midterm topic for final examination as far as I know most recent exams especially for our seniors who have been enrolled in recent year concerning about this subject. They don’t recall that they experienced this kind of situation. And also due to our critical condition in terms of our grades it adds up an staggering amount of burdens and pressure to our study. Anybody who will be in this kind of situation will be vulnerable for stress and anxiety specially for mental breakdown. In some aspects of our life, we are also disappointed for our abilities and competencies even though we did our part and as your mere students we offer an apology for that.
