The second quarter examination for senior high school is approaching. As an approach to the
Outcome Based Education, we are proposing to conduct a culminating activity for the subjects,
Filipino sa Piling Larangan, Komunikasyon at Pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Pilipino,
Contemporary Philippine Arts from the Region, Personal Development and Human Relationship, and
Physical Education 1 & 3.
In connection, we are going to have the following activity:
 Sabayang Pagbigkas (FPL & KPW)
 Aerobics Exercise (Grade 11 - PE1)
 Types of Dance (Grade 12 - PE3 & CPAR)
 Career Guidance (PDPR)
Moreover, I would like to ask your permission to make this event possible and success. Attached

II. RATIONALE
In accordance with the mission and vision of our institution, the hospitality and
tourism students’ will conduct a seminar as part of the academic instruction in partnership
with the Department of Tourism – Catanauan and Hotel and Restaurant owner in Catanauan.
This initiative is to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of every student in stepping
forward for innovative approach and sustainable transformation through a seminar.
Moreover, this momentous event will feature professionals and students who seek to pave the
way for innovative and sustainable transformation for a better future with impassioned
synergy for the wanderers of the world.
