Subject: Explanation for ID Validation Delay
To whom it may concern,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to explain the delay in submitting my ID
for validation.
Unfortunately, I fell ill with the flu on February 12 and 13, which prevented me from
attending classes or completing any tasks, including getting my ID validated. I was
simply too unwell to leave the house during this time.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that I will
make every effort to complete the validation process promptly now that I have
recovered.
