Zypp Electric is India’s leading Tech enabled EV-as-a-service platform, founded in
2017. The company provides last mile delivery service to the quick commerce,
e-commerce, food delivery companies making deliveries sustainable, churn free &
surge free for all.
The company has achieved an ARR of $ 40 million dollars and are expecting to grow
that to $100 million by August 2024 with an active fleet of around 16,000+ vehicles and
riders. Zypp electric is a tech enabled EV-as-a-Service company and part of fastest
growing last mile delivery market (USD 26 bn by 2025). Top brands (E.g., Quick
commerce, Ecommerce, and food delivery) have been onboarded as a customer
already. The company is planning to add 24000 more vehicles to our fleet by March
2024. Recently, Company has started operations in Mumbai. Zypp is the only company
operating in EV last mile delivery in India at such a large scale.
Companies operating in Quick commerce, Ecommerce and food delivery has more
than 50% cost of last mile delivery due to which the profitability is a big question.
Zypp electric provides EV last mile delivery service to these companies to reduce
their logistic cost. Their unique solution of EV Fleet+Rider also provides control over
supply processes and brings down the pollution level and increases earnings of the
delivery personnel helping us impact around 50,000+ lives. The company is creating a

Title: Pioneering a Dual-Faceted EV On-Demand Strategy
Zypp is a 2 and 3 wheeler technology driven EV logistics company primarily only
dealing with B2B customers to fulfil their last mile needs. Zypp wants to venture into
the Hyperlocal delivery space, i.e Porter Borzo.
Understand the On-Demand delivery industry and create a strategy that would set
Zypp apart from its competitors and make it a market leader. The teams can include
the following in their analysis1. Value proposition: Understand the current and upcoming participants in the market
and strategize to create USP’s for ZYPP that help ZYPP set itself apart from the
competition and do not include topics such as low price and thinkout of the box yet in
a practical manner.
2. Customer Research - Understanding the new market that Zypp should operate in.
Understanding their challenges, pain points and give unique solutions for the
Platform to make smooth customer Journey.
