90 DAY EVICTION NOTICE

You are hereby given an eviction notice to vacate the property stated above within 90 days receivership
of this notice.
The reasons for eviction are:
1. Failure to comply with payment of security deposit as per agreed/signed contract.
2. Failure to make rental payments within fourteen (14) days after becoming payable.
3. Failure to pay rent covering a period of 3 months as per agreed/signed contract.
You are to vacate the house ensuring all fixtures and fittings are in good cosmetic and working
condition. You should also ensure all rental amounts due are settled with the landlord.
Failure to comply with all above stated will result in court proceedings against you four unlawful
detainer.
