Blocking
(1) For Factorial Designs:
(a) Stat  DOE  Factorial  Create Factorial Design
(b) Specify type of design and the number of factors.
(c) Click Designs and select the type of design.
I. If you chose to use default generators put in the number of blocks.
II. If you chose to specify your own generators click the Generators box
and in the second box type in the blocks by listing their generators.
(2) For Response Surface Designs:
(a) Stat  DOE  Response Surface  Create Response Surface Design
(b) Specify type of design and the number of factors.
(c) Click Designs then choose the number of replicates and select the box to
block on replicates.
