5:52 P.M - I decided to get a snack and ate five cookies. It cost me the opportunity to eat something healthier and my appetite for dinner. 6:13 P.M - I called my friend. It cost me my phone charge. 6:37 P.M - I ate dinner, but I only ate half of it. It cost me to not feel full and to not get all of my nutrients. 7:30 P.M- I tried to start on my homework and chose to watch YouTube instead. It cost me work for later, time, and I didn’t get to learn anything. 12:35 P.M - I stayed up late to watch TV. It cost me my sleep and time.
